February Update

It’s the first tempting part of the year, Valentine’s Day. There is so much of the red-foiled candy lurking around every corner. But I have managed (in the past 8 days) to stay away from them. I am so proud to announce that I am 21 pounds lighter and my mini goal is coming into sight. Woo hooo!!! I hope everyone is staying focused and motivated to loose weight. I am! Take care, until the next time.

Moving Right Along

I am getting so excited! I am now at the 15 pound mini-target that I set for myself. I am moving right along on my pace and hope to see more results soon!

Checking in for the New Year

Well, as we all try to do our resolutions and such, I tried to creatively think of what I could do in regards to my weight loss. So in hopes that this year I can be motivated to maintain a steady decrease in weight, I chose to eat less, drink more water, and exercise and walk more. I hope that more of you stay motivated to attain your goals and stay focused.

I’m Back

Well, it looks like I have been away for some time but I’m back now. I gained a few pounds but now I am so ready to lose this weight. On December 2, 2007, I started the Alli plan and I have so much faith in it. In 3 weeks I lost 10 pounds, I feel better about my eating pattern, and I have gone back into the gym. This time I am ready, I am focused, and I am determined to get this weight off. My goal/hope is to reach my target goal of 160 by the time that I graduate from college. Well, lets get motivated and loose some weight together!

Wow, where has the time gone???

Well, I have been walking every morning and evening which is good but I haven’t seen much of a change so I have decided to head into my gym and step up the exercise. I am going to try this for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

Day 3

Well day 3 and I am still at it!!! I didn’t really want to get up this morning and exercise but I pushed myself to do. I have to stay motivated. My urges to eat have decreased considerably ever since I started drinking more water. I am hoping that this works!!! 

Day One

Well, day one and I survived!!!    I am going to do this on my own. I have tried serveral different methods, but it seems like I don’t have the encouragement that I am looking for or better yet…needing.

I have tried the Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem and personal trainer/nutritionist method and what I really need is some support. I believe that I can lose weight, I have done it before, but the main contributing factor is that I had someone there.
